This episode was fantastic. Cas' motivations were easy to understand, and I can see why Dean, Sam and Bobby were so shocked- you have to remember they don't know what we know, but it was a little hypocritical of them to be so mad at him for working with Crowley when they have all made dubious decisions for reasons they believed were correct.
